Gold Winner – 2026 Ontario Wine Awards. For our 20th Anniversary we have put together our very first vintage-dated sparkling wine, from the fabulous 2020 Vintage, made using the Traditional Method with both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After undergoing its secondary fermentation inside this bottle, the wine was aged four years on lees, and finished with a special dosage which includes a small amount of selected wines from each vintage since our inception. The final wine encompasses so many attributes that our wines have shown over the years: freshness, balance, vibrance, texture, and depth of flavour. Please help us celebrate our 20th Anniversary and share this wine with family and friends!

It has a vigorous bubble in the glass and a creamy mouthfeel with some flinty notes that integrate nicely with the sharp citrus, white peach, pear, ripe apples, toasted hazelnuts, and baked brioche on a lifted, fresh finish. Really fine brut style bubbly with classic Niagara finesse. 94 Points”
