Enjoy this Merlot with grilled steak, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, hearty pasta, or aged cheddar.

Winemaking Notes

Hand harvested from low-yielding vines, the fruit was gently crushed with no additions made at harvest. A spontaneous fermentation during maceration, and natural malo-lactic conversion in barrel. After aging for nine months in a second-fill French oak barrel. It was gently racked and bottled unfined and unfiltered early in the year.
