A blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from several vineyards in Niagara, each component of this wine was harvested on different days and fermented individually, allowing for greater complexity in the resulting wine. Barrels and tanks selected for this wine were picked for their approachability, richness and complexity. After aging together, the final blend was allowed to integrate before bottling.
