This is the ideal BBQ wine and would pair perfectly with all the classics such as Steak, Ribs and Burgers. Also pairs well with a variety of rich, braised meat dishes such as beef stew or lamb.
A barrel selection, this blend was made after aging approximately 18 months in a combination of new and older French oak from selected Coopers and origins. The final blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon and 43% Syrah was decided upon after a series of blind tasting, and is consistent with the house style of previous vintages. Built to age for years to come, this wine is also expressive and can be enjoyed in its’ youth (decanting recommended).
