This Traditional Method Sparkling Brut is comprised of 63% Chardonnay and 37% Pinot Noir, this wine has fine bubbles, with fresh aromas of citrus fruit, green apple and baked bread. Midweight and creamy on the palate, well balanced, with a long clean finish.

This Cabernet Franc has brilliant notes of black cherry, raspberry, rosemary and thyme with a hint of pepper. The ripe fruit notes follow through to the palate, complemented by the underlying notes of spice and herbs, while remaining fresh, rich and well-balanced. It is dry medium to full in body wine, with delightful acidity and outstanding structure.

This Gamay was produced with an emphasis on fruit and freshness. In the glass, the bright red fruit intensity and mixed spice comes to the forefront on the nose and complements the good seam of acidity on the finish. It was aged for a short period in neutral oak barrels following a short maceration with the skins during fermentation. Serve slightly chilled and enjoy!

This Sparkling Rosé has aromas of ripe strawberries, red cherries, watermelon and nectarine as well as light notes of flint and toasted bread. The red fruit notes carry through onto the palate, which is fresh, fruit-forward, lively and well-balanced with a pleasant and refreshing spritz due to the fine bubbles.
