- 300 g unsalted butter
- 215 g sugar
- 100 g eggs
- 10 ml vanilla
- 550g flour
- 5ml baking powder
- 2.5ml salt
Preheat oven to 400F
- Cream butter and sugar together with a mixer on medium speed for 2 min.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix to combine.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Shape dough into flat disk and plastic wrap. Chill for minimum 1 hour.
- Roll out to 1/4” thickness cut off desired shapes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, depending on size on cut out.
