This appetizer is super easy to assemble and only takes a few minutes to prepare. The result is an incredible combination salty & sweet flavors! It would also work perfectly at the end of a meal as dessert!

Cut the stems off of the figs. Use a paring knife to cut an “X” in the top of each fig, stopping about ⅔ of the way down.
Gently open the fig and stuff with a cube of cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios, salt & pepper. Place on or around slices of loosely folded prosciutto. Lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey.
Serve at room temperature.
