Ingredients:
- 4 Tortillas (small size)
- 8 slices of Prosciutto
- 4 tablespoons of Requeijão – Cheese spread
- Arugula
- Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
- Spread one tablespoon of requeijão (cheese spread) on each tortilla.
- On each tortilla, place two slices of Prosciutto.
- Add some arugula leaves and cherry tomatoes.
- Roll each tortilla like a fine Swiss roll.
- Cut each tortilla into 5 pieces and stick each piece on a toothpick.
