Candied Nuts

Pairs with: Traditional Method Sparkling

  • 1 Cup Nuts (Your nut of choice)
  • 1 Egg White
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. brown or white sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp.
  • Provisions Cinnamon Sugar Salt

Beat egg white until frothy, stiff peaks
Add sugar/salt/spices
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
Once nuts, come out of oven sprinkle on Cinnamon Sugar salt and let the nuts cool down before breaking apart.
Test nuts by cutting one in half. If its brown/toasted inside its done.
Once cooled, you can break apart any clusters.
