This is our second vintage of Chosen FEW, a worthy follow-up to our introductory Chosen FEW made from the ripe and warm 2007 vintage. It is a wine chosen from our best barrels, made in small quantities only from select vintages. The result is a wine which we believe shows the full potential of making elegant, ageworthy wines in Niagara with great complexity and intensity. The 2012 Chosen FEW Red is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon (38%), Syrah (37%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%). The wines were vinified and aged independently for eighteen months in a mixture of new and older oak barriques. After aging in barrel for nearly two years the wines were carefully selected using a series of blind tastings, assembled, and bottled without fining or filtration.Read more »

The bright fruit character of nectarine, green apple and pear in this wine are a perfect complement to flavours of fresh citrus fruit on the palate. Easy-drinking with crisp acidity that’s well-balanced, and a flavourful finish. Serve well-chilled on its own or with a number of lighter dishes!
This juicy white is a fun blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio (two of the wines that we do best!), made from grapes grown in selected Niagara vineyards. The clarified juice that results from these grapes is cool-fermented before aging and blending in our cellar. The finished wine is sealed using a screw cap to help the wine retain its’ fresh character, and ensure it tastes exactly as we intended. Cheers!
Long Weekend Wine Co.
A medium-bodied, rich red wine with flavours of black cherry, raspberry and vanilla. Round and structured on the palate, built to drink on its own or great with barbeque and roasted meats!
Select vineyard plots from sites throughout Niagara are selected for this wine, a fruit-driven blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. After aging in oak for a short period to help the wine gain complexity and integrate flavours on the palate, the wine is blended and bottled. Each vintage has its own personality, captured in the grapes (and resulting wine) that we craft. Enjoy!
