Medium red in color with inviting aromas of blackberry, plum and mixed spices. Midweight on the palate with a nice mouthfeel, good structure, and flavours that carry on the finish.
Select lots of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon were vinified separately and aged for in oak barrels from selected coopers. The wines selected for the final blend were chosen for their approachability; focus on fruit-driven aromatics, soft tannins, and rich mouthfeel. After several blending trials of each of the barrels in our cellar, the individual barrels were selected for the final blend.
