Pale straw in colour with aromas of candied lime, pink grapefruit, and peach preserves. Slighly off-dry with great acidity and a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
Sourced from four separate vineyard blocks within our Beamsville Bench vineyard. Grapes were gently pressed, settled, and fermented at cold temperature in stainless steel. After fermentation the individual blocks were selected and combined, cold stabilized, sterile filtered and bottled.
