Light straw in colour with lifted, fruit-driven aromatics of lime, pink grapefruit and orange peel. Slightly off-dry with great acidity and a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
Sourced from four separate vineyard blocks within our Beamsville Bench vineyard. Grapes were gently pressed, settled, and fermented at cold temperature in stainless steel. After fermentation the individual blocks were selected and combined, cold stabilized, sterile filtered and bottled.
