Tasting Notes: Integrated aromas of peach, candied lime, orange marmalade and pink grapefruit; complimented by floral and spice notes. Fresh on the palate, this Riesling is made in an off-dry style with lively acidity to balance, with a long flavourful finish.

Cellar Potential: Drinking best between 2016 and 2018.

Selected from multiple vineyards, each parcel was harvested separately, based on the flavours that had developed and the natural acidity in the grapes. Each lot of grapes were gently pressed with no skin contact, and cold settled– resulting in clear juice with very few solids. The juice was then fermented at cold temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation was stopped when the desired sugar/acid/alcohol balance was achieved, making the final wine off-dry in style. Kept on light lees until final filtration and bottling.
