Very pale straw in colour with aromas of fresh-squeezed lime, blood orange, apricot and peach preserves. Slighly off-dry with great acidity and a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
Sourced from four separate vineyard blocks within our Beamsville Bench vineyard (75% of final blend) and one block of vines from our Tufford Road vineyard (25%) picked over a period of ten days. Grapes were gently pressed, settled, and fermented at cold temperature in stainless steel. After fermentation the individual blocks were selected and combined, cold stabilized, sterile filtered and bottled.
