This juicy white is a fun blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio (two of the wines that we do best!), made from grapes grown in selected Niagara vineyards. The clarified juice that results from these grapes is cool-fermented before aging and blending in our cellar. The finished wine is sealed using a screw cap to help the wine retain its’ fresh character, and ensure it tastes exactly as we intended. Cheers!

Select vineyard plots from sites throughout Niagara are selected for this wine, a fruit-driven blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. After aging in oak for a short period to help the wine gain complexity and integrate flavours on the palate, the wine is blended and bottled. Each vintage has its own personality, captured in the grapes (and resulting wine) that we craft. Enjoy!
